Roberto Gamboa is a founding Principal at MECS with over 23 years of experience in the electrical field. He leads field safety, quality assurance, and workforce development—making sure crews deliver to spec, on schedule, and with a zero-compromise mindset on safety and craftsmanship.

Roberto is known for establishing robust jobsite standards, mentoring foremen and apprentices, and driving continuous improvement across pre-task planning, inspections, and close-out. His leadership has helped MECS consistently achieve high-quality installations across complex commercial and industrial projects while maintaining a strong safety culture.
